

Conveyor fusing and transfer printing
The TYK conveyor system is used for interlining fusing, pressing and transfer printing in garment production. Typical applications include applying interlining to jacket, shirt, trouser and T-shirt components.

Operating Features
- Belt control and pressure adjustment are pneumatically operated.
- The pneumatic pressing system applies a pressure of 6 kg/cm².
- Two heating groups contain upper and lower heating elements.
- The PIC control system maintains the selected temperature.
- Rotary strippers help clean the belt and collect the interlining.
- The cooling belt helps cool the fused interlining after processing.
